Revised Guidelines Unveiled For Undocumented Immigrants In Schools
(Washington, DC) -- The Obama administration is telling public school officials that they may not discourage undocumented immigrant children from enrolling in schools. Attorney General Eric Holder unveiled revised federal guidelines and said they will be vigorously enforced by the Justice Department. Education Secretary Arne Duncan said the message to school districts is clear, that all children will be allowed to enroll in public schools.
