Obama Pushes Harder For Boost In Minimum Wage

(Washington, DC) -- President Obama is urging Congress to raise the minimum wage, calling it long overdue. In a Google-Plus Hangout online, the President said no one who works full time should have to raise a family in poverty. He noted that some Republicans in Congress are cool to the idea but called a minimum wage hike the "right thing to do." Obama said it will lead to a better and more productive workforce.
