(Cleveland, OH) -- Caffeine can be found in lots of foods besides coffee and soda and too much can make you feel sick. Dietitian Kristin Kirkpatrick with the Cleveland Clinic says caffeine can be tough to track.
The Food and Drug Administration says if caffeine is added to a food, it has to be listed on the label. If it's naturally in the product, it does not need to be listed. Experts say as little as 300 milligrams of caffeine can cause an increased risk of nausea, vomiting, nervousness, anxiety and rapid heartbeat.
