Statements Made By CO Theater Shooting Suspect Ruled Inadmissible

(Denver, CO) -- Some of the statements allegedly made by the suspect in the Aurora movie theater massacre won't be able to be used in his trial. James Holmes made the statements to detectives hours after he allegedly gunned down a Colorado movie audience last year, killing 12 people and wounding dozens more. The judge in his case says the statements in question were made after Holmes had requested for legal counsel. Earlier, the judge ruled that Holmes' profiles on dating websites could be used in his trial.
