(New York, NY) -- It's steady as she goes for the Federal Reserve. Policy makers for the Fed are keeping interest rates at historic lows. They're also keeping a bond buying program known as quantitative easing at current levels. The Fed says it has decided to await more evidence that indicates that tapering off the bond buying program won't cause more harm than good. It also added that it expects no change in interest rates as long as the unemployment rate is above six-and-a-half percent.
